The Argüelles district has a high degree of consolidation within the old town of Ferrol. The traditional division of Old Ferrol must preserve them to the proper adjustment of its structure to the geographical conditions and scale them especially suitable for the residence of medium density.
The action taken is aimed at creating new housing units with flexible spaces, devoted to housing for young students in rental system. Use this structure as a basis for land consolidation, and so that together with the rehabilitation of the elements listed in the existing buildings, is achieved by the integration of the project in the heart of the historic district of Argüelles.
