The Rental Housing Program has as its objectives, on the one hand facilitate access by families and units together to housing on leased and, energize and expand the market by incorporating the same vacant apartments.
The APPLICANTS FOR HOUSING, in the case of fulfilling the requirements and following its entry into the program, enter into all the procedures for awarding public corporations engaged with the housing ceded to them, always in accordance with the award criteria set in legislation. If the applicants are eventually incorporated contractors and accept the housing, signed the lease contract, and may request from the time the grant to hire.
OWNERS after the transfer in public corporations managing and leasing their homes will receive the following services and benefits:
- Guarantee payment of the monthly rent from the first lease under the program until the expiry of the transfer of housing, regardless of whether or leased housing that does not exist or non-payment of rent by the tenant.
- Hiring of an insurance certificate from home.
- Legal aid in connection with the lease.
- Obtaining a grant for housing rehabilitation in the case if necessary.
